I just want to confirm, if perhaps there was a mistake with the measurement, as other sources on the internet say 4cm. Thank you!

I had my USG on 7th week 3 days of my LMP and found nothing but a gestational sac of 12mm and the gestational age was 4-5 weeks. Dr. told me to make a USG after 3-4 weeks. Do i have any chances to have a successful pregnancy?
